Convenient location near the Festspielhaus and easy access to a nearby parking garage. Clean and basic accommodations that offer everything necessary for a short stay.
WiFi was essentially non-existent in the rooms, only working near the reception. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, making sleep tough. The aging building had a musty smell, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, some public areas appeared to be in poor condition, which was disappointing considering the online photos.

Man, the spot was real nice, comfy bed and breakfast was on point. Grateful for the kind staff who upgraded us when we had a little trouble with the room. The location was chill, easy walk to everything. Just wished the Wi-Fi situation was better, didn't vibe with that at all.

Spent a nice 3 nights here while visiting the nearby spas and attractions. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the beautiful Trinkhalle.
